  • Sharing LUNJ FitGlo is easy. Simply log in to your account and access your unique referral link. Send this link to your friends via email, text message, WhatsApp, or social media. When your friend uses your referral link and places their first order, they'll receive a discount on their first order, which will activate your discount to be used on your next purchase.
  • No. The Refer a Friend programme is designed to reward genuine referrals to new customers. Orders placed using your own referral link or by members of your household may not qualify for rewards.
  • Once your friend successfully places their first qualifying order, we'll send your reward directly to the email address linked to your LUNJ account. Your reward can then be applied to a future purchase through the website.
  • Your friends will receive an exclusive £10 welcome discount on their first LUNJ FitGlo® purchase when they use your referral link.
  • Rewards are typically issued within 24 to 48 hours after your friend's order has been completed and verified. If you haven't received your reward after this time, please contact our customer support team.
  • Please check that: • The code has been entered exactly as shown • The referral offer has not expired • The order meets any minimum spend requirements • The code has not already been used If you're still having trouble, our support team will be happy to help.
  • First, check your spam, junk and promotions folders. If you still can't find the email, please contact us and we'll investigate for you. In some cases, rewards may be delayed while we verify qualifying purchases.
  • As many as you like. There's no limit to the number of friends you can introduce to LUNJ FitGlo, meaning you can continue earning rewards every time someone new joins our community through your referral link.
  • A referral qualifies when a new customer uses your unique referral link and successfully completes their first eligible purchase. Cancelled, refunded or fraudulent orders do not qualify for rewards.
  • Referral rewards cannot be combined with other promotional offers or discount codes. Any restrictions will be clearly shown when you receive your reward.
  • LUNJ FitGlo was built on the belief that women deserve better support for their energy, strength, confidence and wellbeing. Our referral programme is simply our way of thanking customers who share LUNJ with friends, family and colleagues who may benefit from discovering it too.
  • Referral rewards are available for new customers only. If your friend has previously placed an order with LUNJ, the referral may not qualify for a reward.
  • Absolutely. Whether you're a one-off customer or a subscriber, your referral reward can be used towards your next eligible LUNJ FitGlo® order. Subscribers can apply their reward through the Manage Subscriptions section of their account, while one-off customers can enter their reward code at checkout.
